A BIBLE PREACHING CHURCH
"Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season;
reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching."
- 2 Timothy 4:2
WHAT WE BELIEVE

Alabaster Bible Church believes in the absolute authority, inerrancy, infallibility, and sufficiency of the Bible, which is the inspired Word of God, recorded and preserved by the Holy Spirit (II Timothy 3:16). Read our mission statement to learn more about our church and its theology.

OUR MINISTRIES

Our smaller congregation size provides opportunities to know and be known by all. We are a very interactive church, and provide opportunities to participate in weekly men and women’s fellowships. Contact us to learn how you can join a local Bible study fellowship group.

Services are held every Sunday and Wednesday. Sunday school begins at 10:00am, followed by morning worship at 11:00AM. Wednesday service is at 6:00pm. Please join us as we hear the preaching of God's word. We welcome the opportunity to get to know you and worship our Savior with you.

OUR HISTORY
"...I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it."
- Matthew 16:18b

Established in 1902, Alabaster Bible Church was founded by a local community of believers whose sole mission was to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to families in the greater Saginaw Bay area. Alabaster is located just five miles south of Tawas City, and boasts a beautiful view of Lake Huron, which are used for baptisms and recreational fellowship.

With its historic chapel and traditional bell tower, Alabaster Bible Church has been the leading house of biblical study and worship in Saginaw Bay for over 115 years, and will, by the grace and providence of our LORD, continue to be a shining light to the world for God’s glory.
